Creating an account is simple! Click the “Start Learning” button at the top of any page, then choose your preferred sign-up method (email, Google, or GitHub). Fill in your basic information, verify your email address, and you’re ready to start learning. The entire process takes less than 2 minutes.
Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial for all our premium plans. You’ll have full access to all courses, projects, and features during your trial period. No credit card is required to start your trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends with no charges.
Our free tier includes access to select introductory courses, community forums, and basic learning resources. You’ll be able to preview course content, participate in discussions, and access free webinars. To unlock all courses, certificates, and premium features, you can upgrade to a paid plan anytime.

Yes! Once you enroll in a course, you have lifetime access to all its content, including future updates. You can learn at your own pace and revisit materials whenever you need a refresher. Your access continues even if you pause or cancel your subscription.
Premium subscribers can download video lectures for offline viewing through our mobile app. This feature is perfect for learning on the go without internet access. Please note that downloads are for personal use only and expire if your subscription ends.
Each course page lists recommended prerequisites to help you succeed. While we don’t enforce prerequisites, following our recommended learning paths ensures you have the foundational knowledge needed. Our skill assessments can help you determine if you’re ready for a particular course.

Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. For annual subscriptions, we also accept bank transfers. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. You’ll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. You can also reactivate your subscription whenever you’d like.

Technical Requirements

Our platform works on any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with a stable internet connection. For video content, we recommend at least 5 Mbps internet speed. Coding exercises may require additional software installations, which are specified in each course’s requirements.

Yes! Our video player automatically adjusts quality based on your connection speed. You can also manually select lower quality settings to reduce buffering. Premium users can download videos for offline viewing, which is ideal for areas with unreliable internet.

Managing Your Account

Go to your Account Settings, click on “Email Settings,” and enter your new email address. You’ll receive a verification email to confirm the change. For security reasons, you’ll need to verify both your old and new email addresses before the change takes effect.
Each account is designed for individual use. If you need multiple accounts for your family or team, consider our Team plan which allows multiple users with separate profiles and progress tracking. This ensures everyone has their own personalized learning experience.
We’re sorry to see you go! You can delete your account from Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and will remove all your progress, certificates, and data. Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions first.

Course Certificates

Yes! Premium subscribers receive a verified certificate of completion for every course they finish. Certificates are shareable on LinkedIn, can be added to your resume, and include a unique verification URL. Free tier users can upgrade to access certificates.
